Shantala Group Course - In Person

Service Description

With our Group Course, you can invite your mom friends and use this time to learn Shantala, share experiences and spend some adult time (chances are that babies will be sleeping after the course)! And if our scheduled classes don't work for you, don't worry! You can host them at your own place and invite your friends to enjoy this moment together! Our group course includes: Theory about benefits and practice Instructional handouts Oil to be used during the practice provided
